Refund and Cancellation Policy for Reservation Fee

Payment Process

  • The reservation fee should be paid to Winville Homes Realty/ Emma Ruth Raymundo or Winville Homes Realty and Development Corp account.

Cancellation Rights

  • You have the right to cancel your reservation

  • To cancel, you must inform us 7 days prior to the refund date.

How to Inform Us

Refund Conditions

  • The reservation fee is refundable every Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • A refund will only be processed if no unit has been allocated to the buyer.

  • If a unit has been allocated and you request a refund during the down payment period, this will be subject to the developer's decision and the guidelines set by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, filling out form link below

  • Provide your reservation details such as acknowledgement receipt and any necessary identification.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 days and will be releasing it every thursday of the week.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests made outside the specified time frame will be processed during the next scheduled refund period.

  • Please allow us up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed once approved.
