Payment Process

  • The reservation fee should be paid to Winville Homes Realty/ Emma Ruth Raymundo or Winville Homes Realty and Development Corp account.

Cancellation Rights

  • You have the right to cancel your reservation

  • To cancel, you must inform us 7 days prior to the refund date.

How to Inform Us

Refund Conditions

  • The reservation fee is refundable every Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • A refund will only be processed if no unit has been allocated to the buyer.

  • If a unit has been allocated and you request a refund during the down payment period, this will be subject to the developer's decision and the guidelines set by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, filling out form link below

  • Provide your reservation details such as acknowledgement receipt and any necessary identification.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 days and will be releasing it every thursday of the week.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests made outside the specified time frame will be processed during the next scheduled refund period.

  • Please allow us up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed once approved.

Payment Process

The retention or bond fee will be retained or kept safe by Winville Homes Realty under the supervision of its lead broker, Emma Ruth Raymundo. This is to ensure that the papers for the transfer of rights are already in order.

Refund Rights

You have the right to request a refund of your retention or bond fee since you have fulfilled your obligation to transfer the rights of your property.
To request a refund, you must inform us 7 days prior to the refund date.

Refund Conditions

The retention or bond fee will be released every Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
A refund will be processed once the Letter of Agreement (LOA) has been signed by the assignee and assignor and has been acknowledged by the developer.
